Risca East by-election, 2016

Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Risca East division of Caerphilly Council on 6 October 2016 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Rhianon Passmore, who was elected to the Welsh Assembly for the constituency of Islwyn.

Arianna Krystina Passmore held the seat for Labour.
