Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Gogarth division of Conwy Council on 16 December 2015 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Janet Haworth, who became a Member of the National Assembly for Wales on 8 May 2015 representing the North Wales region.

Harry Saville held the seat for the Conservatives.
