Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Glasbury division of Powys Council on 13 August 2015 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Chris Davies, now MP for Brecon and Radnorshire.

James Gibson-Watt gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
